Our team has extensive board level experience with high growth companies and is able to support management teams in the areas of strategy, financing, team building, business development, acquisitions and realisations. Our team has closed an extensive number of transactions ranging from venture capital investments through to large-cap leveraged MBOs, have sat on the boards of over 45 companies, and achieved more than 50 successful trade sales and IPOs. The team has senior-level contacts across our target sectors and is fluent in six European languages.
