Adaxia has been established by Alex Betts, Bruno Derungs and Simon Drury, who have led the management of CPE Private Equity LP’s (“CPE”) €200m private equity fund since inception in 2007. Adaxia’s senior investment team also includes Franco Hauri, who have all worked together since 2008. Adaxia’s team has over 80 years of cumulative investment experience from top-tier private equity firms. Collectively they have invested in over 55 companies over their careers, including 11 within CPE, investing c. €1.3bn in capital; of these investments, over 50 have been realised.
